ESSRBOND MS 40 is a high-modulus MS polymer-based one-part adhesive sealant suitable for all kinds of industrial and construction applications. It has high bond strength and primerless adhesion on most types of substrates, including moist surfaces. It can be painted with most kinds of paints, and offers superior weatherability in all climates.

MS 40 is a non-slumping and permanently elastic sealant. It works over a wide temperature range and does not form bubbles during sealing, even in high humidity. It is an ideal product for indoor and outdoor bonding and sealing applications.
