ESSRBOND FR 506

ESSRBOND FR 506 is a one-part flexible acrylic water-based acoustic, fire-rated sealant. It is specifically formulated to form an acoustic and fire-rated intumescent barrier by sealing gaps between plasterboard walls, floors and ceilings, dry linings, and kraft-lined insulation boards.

EB FR 506 adheres to all construction substrates and can be painted within one hour, depending on temperature and humidity. It is solvent-free, non-flammable, and easy to use and clean up. EB FR 506 is tested under BS 476-22, method 5, for two hrs.
