ESSRBOND HY 837 is a one-component, high-performance sealant based on advanced hybrid technology for use in original construction and for repairs that are subject to structural movement. It is used in expansion and control joints, perimeter caulk joints, entryway steps, precast concrete panel joints, coping, risers and tilt-wall joints, bunker silos, septic tanks, and manure pits.
EB HY 837 has an excellent UV, weather and temperature resistance. It adheres to a wide variety of substrates and is paintable with most common industrial paints.
